Kristen VanTine

Kristen was born and raised in Long Island, NY before making her way south to Greensboro, NC. She spent 15 years in hospitality. Most recently, Kristen is now living in Huntersville and has accrued a huge amount of knowledge regarding the market surrounding Lake Norman. 

 

Her venture into real estate began in 2013 when she became an assistant for a firm in Atlanta. Kristen’s work took her across the country before bringing her back to NC. She has also developed a passion for educating others about the world of real estate and specializes in assisting first-time home buyers. Kristen was even featured on Property Spark’s “Top 15 Real Estate Agents on Social Media 2022” as well as “Top 100 Real Estate Agents in NC 2021”. 

 

Outside of real estate, Kristen boasts a passion for travel, experience as a dance instructor, and is a self-proclaimed chef. Experiences she shares with her 3 daughters as she prizes family at the highest value.
