Throughout his NBA career Gerald was heavily involved in real estate for both his personal residences and investments. Both of his parents, Marie and Gerald Sr., have been real estate brokers in Philadelphia for 20 years. His wife, Nilou, has over 8 years in the real estate industry.

Gerald has begun his development career in the residential space and expanding to commercial. He has a passion for real estate development nationally but wants to first make his mark in Charlotte, where he has called home for over 10 years.
