Nilou is a Co-Owner and Broker-in-Charge with over eight years of experience in the industry five of those focused primarily on the luxury market. She is the mother of two girls, Roya and Zara, and wife to Gerald Henderson, co-owner, and former guard for the Charlotte Hornets.
With a passion for architecture and design, she works alongside builders designing luxury new construction properties. She founded our sister company, Stage of Designs, intentionally for our clients to have access to a one-stop shop design, build, furnish, and sell.
Nilou understands the significance of a safe space for sports and entertainment families during their real estate transactions. Having personally been through many real estate transactions, she understands the importance of confidentiality. Known for her efficient and thorough approach, Nilou believes that industry knowledge is the key to a successful sale. Being a Charlotte resident for more than eight years, she understands the market inside and out. She knows a good value when she sees it, and with her vast network, she is poised to help clients take advantage of the vast opportunities real estate offers.
